At TAN we offer a carefully selected range of premium megaSun tanning equipment including the K11 Air, P9, megaSun 8000 and Space 3000 stand-up sunbeds, allowing you to choose the tanning experience that’s right for you.
Which sunbed is best for beginners?
If you’re new to tanning, our team will happily recommend the most suitable machine and session length based on your skin type and tanning goals. We’ll always encourage a gradual approach to help you achieve the best results.
How long should my first sunbed session be?
Session times vary depending on your skin type and previous tanning experience. Our team will guide you through your first visit and recommend an appropriate session length.

Do I need protective eyewear?
Yes. Protective eyewear must always be worn during every tanning session and is provided by TAN.

No. Only salon-approved tanning products should be used in our equipment. This protects both your skin and the acrylic surfaces of our sunbeds while ensuring you achieve the best possible results.
Are your sunbeds cleaned after every customer?
Absolutely. Every tanning room and machine is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after every use.
Can I tan before going on holiday?
Many customers choose to build a gradual tan before travelling. Our team can recommend suitable session times and products to help you prepare responsibly.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available close to the salon, making it easy to pop in before work, after the gym or while shopping in Garstang.

Most spray tans last between 5–7 days with the correct aftercare.

Your spray tan will continue developing over the next few hours. We’ll advise you when to rinse depending on the solution selected.
Can I choose my shade?
Yes! VersaSpa offers multiple shade options so you can achieve a subtle glow or a deeper bronze depending on your preference.
Will my spray tan look orange?
No. VersaSpa has been designed to deliver a natural-looking tan tailored to your chosen shade.
What should I wear after my spray tan?
We recommend loose, dark clothing while your tan develops.
How should I prepare for a spray tan?
For the best results, exfoliate before your appointment, avoid moisturiser, deodorant and perfume on the day, and wear loose clothing afterwards.

Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but booking ahead is recommended during busy periods.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, along with contactless payments.
Do you sell tanning lotions?
Yes. We stock a carefully selected range of premium tanning lotions to help enhance and prolong your tan.
Can you recommend the right lotion for me?
Absolutely! We’ll recommend a lotion based on your skin type, tanning experience and desired results.
Are children allowed in the salon?
UV sunbeds are strictly for customers aged 18 and over. Younger visitors must be accompanied by an adult where appropriate.

Convenient parking is available nearby at Booths Garstang.
Up to 3 hours free parking.
The car park is monitored by ANPR cameras to track entry and exit times.
